Hmm.

Now this is weird. Sitting here on a Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. Now you see normally I'd be in bed. Why? Well for one it is 2 in the morning. And secondly, I'd usually have to work in about 3 and half hours. However this week is special. We're missing a shift for Good Friday so they need me on nights all week. So I am working nights Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The great thing is I never work Fridays so I don't even get an extra day off, plus I get to be incredibly exhausted! wOOT! At least I'll get money :). Anyways. After I work I need a wind-down time. I've been going for the last 11 hours all crazy like and I need to calm down before I hit the hay! Hmm. I was reading through some journal entries...

Revelation 22:1 - 6

Rev. 22:1,2

Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamd down the middle of the great street of the city. On each side of the river{of the water of life} stood the tree of life, bearing twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month. And the leaves of the tree{of life} are for the healing of the nations.

The tree, is watered by the river, which comes from the throne of God. It's leaves are for the healing of the nations. Interesting.

22: 3- 6

No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the lamb will be in the city, and his servants will serve him. They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever. The angel said to me, "These words are trustworthy and true. The Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, sent his angel to show his servants the things that must soon take place.

trees - roots need watersource. The river of life waters tree of life, and water from the river flows from the throne of God who is the giver of life. Unlike normal, earthly trees, the tree of life bears fruit all year round. 12 crops of fruit. The leaves of this tree are for the healing of the nations. Because the tree bears fruit all year round. There is no specific season for healing. Healing can happen at any time. We just need to take it. It's there. All year round.
